Captain just displaying how ignorant he is. If it is just a transfer who would have been there to monitor. There is a law backing which says you should live in the constituency for a specific period before you can transfer to there. One can't bus people from elsewhere to come transfer... You know the truth but your hypocrisy won't allow you to speak the truth.

He isn’t ignorant as you saying you can transfer willingly if you wish too n why will a political party’s in Ghana want to be there to see anyone transfer their vote 🗳️ elsewhere n listen to him well
