You know what Erica . I've been following Fred for 2 years . Yes he's gotten bigger and good for him . But an Asmr has been more effective for over 30 years for me .this is my sleeping pill .

I really liked this video. I found it relaxing and it gave me some tingles as well. Scalp massage videos are one of my favorite ASMR videos. And Ive watched a lot of very bad ones, this one was very good

What's up with all the negative comments on his appearance? Last I checked his body is HIS body, don't tell him what do with it (i.e to stop working out etc. ). Moving on, really liked the extra touch with the window! It tripped me out at first cause I was like how is that possible lol

I'm really impressed with that window though, like, you didn't have to do that, you just went that extra mile to make it seem more authentic for us. Also I love you're voice, you're the only male asmrtist that gives me tingles. As a side note, the window scene reminds me of the dinosour scene in journey to the center of the world. Or maybe I'm just weird at 3 am...

If you're up for ideas, could you do something else harry potter themed? Maybe you are a healer at hogwarts, using spells and potions to fix us up. You could use sound effects for the potions and spells and the wand itself. I liked the last hp video :)

An excellent ASMR video, with great background sounds, your relaxing voice, the AMAZING scalp massages, and improving visuals in the video. I do admit I truly enjoyed this video but I must also say that the gigantic U neck(it's not even a V shape) exposing your chest does add a somewhat thick sprinkle of "douchiness", if you will, that really just lasts the entirety of the video. But again, I thank you for an AMAZING ASMR video, keep 'em comin' Fred

I don't think it's done for the ASMR anymore like it once was. I don't think a whole lot of the people watching his videos are interested in the ASMR anymore either. Seems like a lot of gainer fans and muscle worship. I know other people do the whole role play thing. Just seems silly and contrived, less natural. I miss the Fred who just rambles about plants and plays with dirt and nerds out about how he's planning the next hedge and loves smelling lavender. Fred seems to put a lot of effort into his videos, he's really improved (I think Fred is less awkward from experience), and I hope he likes doing it. But I hope he's doing his videos and getting bulked up because it makes him happy, and not for the outpouring flattery.
