Most people in doda kishtwar speak kashmiri , even the renowned poet gulm nabi doowlal was from kishtwar district. Although having different accent of same lenagauge on regional basis is not new thing in aney lenagauge , but that doesn't amount us (doda) to consider 2nd class kashmiri speakers.its my personal experience not all but may people from Kashmir region make fun of those who spek kashmiri outside of kashmir.
