The 2 extra washers are for your oil filter

I know a bit late in the response, since you're done installing already. But I know a bunch of smartphones have translation apps. You just snap a photo of the text in different language, and phone will translate to a language selected.

Didn't even think of that. Thanks! I was looking at jerryhawks photo's on china riders and realized I installed the filter upside down. So I took it apart and fixed it. Other than that I've put 150 or so miles on it with no leaks and it all works great.

i just got the same kit from aliexpress, and the 2 oil feed banjo bolts that hold the line on the top of the cooler are missing, any idea what size they are?

Do you know what size the adapter is? Great video! Thank you 👍😎🤘

Nice install location. ;)

I notice you removed your side reflectors. Mine just touched the oil cooler bolts so I bent the brackets and removed the round reflectors. Other than that I may turn my filter around 180. Just need time to test it all.

@@Taematoe i never installed the reflectors and removed the brackets long ago. I have my filter on the sump draw line up to the cooler so it filters bfore it goes through the system. Then the return to the pump comes from the right side cooler fitting back down.

When you change your oil afterwards this install. Do you have to fill the oil cooler up every time as well to make sure their is enough oil ? Wonder if you could put the qaurt and half in the engine or would it air lock ?
@Taematoe5 жыл бұрын
I think the old oil stays in the cooler unless you drain it also. So if you leave it in the bike should only need the one quart.

The question is did u test the oil circulate properly

You bet, works like it should.

After installation how you gonna drain your engine oil ???
@Taematoe5 жыл бұрын
Good question, I'll use the drain plug on the bottom of the bike but the tricky part will be removing the filter. Because it screws together one side of the hose will have to be unscrewed so it can spin. After I did this install I wondered the same thing.

@@Taematoe ohhh ok. But it's complicated system. Especially when you're in middle of your trip or anywhere else.

Can i install this radiator system on my cb250 (166fmm)?
@Taematoe4 жыл бұрын
This one says it fits but doesn't state year. www.ebay.com/itm/Engine-Oil-Cooler-Oil-Cooling-Radiator-System-for-Honda-CB-CG-100CC-250CC-85ml/372424337376?hash=item56b63867e0:g:1TgAAOSw7vxbjPWs It also looks to be the same stye or oil cooler just a bit smaller. Easier to find a place to mount. Maybe give it a try and tell me if it fits.

How many ML of oil fit the radiator ? Please
@Taematoe5 жыл бұрын
I think I put in 125ml. Then I topped off the engine so the oil was showing in the glass screen. I can see the oil half way up while running.
