Considering how Nat claimed their family wasn’t real, and later had to leave Yelena behind to rescue the Avengers, this conversation with Clint was probably Yelena’s first-ever concrete, indisputable confirmation that Nat loved her as much as she loved Nat. 😢

When Yelena got to spend time with Nat she didn't really show how much she cared about her. We know she loved her but she just rarely expressed it to Nat. The way she said "I loved her so much" it's just sad...

The range of emotion that Florence Pugh put in this scene is top level: going from seething anger/rage to confusion to breaking down in tears once she realized the truth.

I cannot think of a better actor to portray Yelena than Florencce. She really brings Yelena to life, her range as an performer is frankly amazing.

Now Yelena knows Valentina lied to her (the post-credit scene of "Black Widow"). But for what purpose did Valentina incite Yelena to kill Hawkeye?

I couldn't help but get emotional during this sence the way Yelana frogived Clint and Clint almost cries really got me and the fact that they both really cared for nat makes this even sadder

What pissed me off about this scene is that Clint didn't invite her over for Christmas. Florence probably had scheduling conflicts. Then again, Marvel has been making very questionable decisions. Inviting Yelena to Christmas would have given her closure. Clint's son is named after Natasha; Nathaniel. His daughter referred to Black Widow as Aunty Nat in Age of Ultron. She was a member of the Barton family. It was a missed opportunity for Yelena to really know how much her sister was loved and who loved her.

Hawkeye was the only person that knew about BW sister & Black Widow was the only Avenger that knew about Clint family

It’s sad that Yelena doesn’t even consider that she could have sacrificed herself for Yelena. That Nat knew if she made that choice that the avengers would reverse the snap and Yelena would be back and safe.

I get this scene is meant to be an emotional battle, but I still would’ve loved to see a true matchup between Yelena and Clint. Seeing a black widow (who’s not Nat) go against one of the most deadliest assassins on the planet in Clint would’ve been great to see. They had to deal with others in their previous fight in Episode 4. A 1v1 would’ve been so hype to see.

I love how the clip is edited and not in order and i cant piece any of it together. Makes watching TOTALLY fun

Finally Yelena forgives Clint and releasing Clint was telling the truth.

Hawkeye should show everyone how he tried to save Natasha on KZfaq that will sort out every misconception.

I imagined Natasha’s ghost trying to stop Yelena even though wouldn’t help. Sad Yelena never got to see Natasha before Thanos snapped his Gauntlet. Now Yelena knows the truth but Valentina doesn’t know she does. So my belief is Yelena will join the Thunderbolts pretending to be loyal to Valentina but later make her move and make Valentina suffer the consequences for lying to Yelena

He could have easily taken her out. But he didn't and took that beating.

I was literally vibrating with joy when I found out they put him in the comic book outfit.

Everything was fine until that owl arrived

Some shady woman: "eyyyy....Hawkeye killed your sister." Yelena: "Oh no they were best friends I find that pretty hard to believe. You got any proof." Shady woman: "uhhhhhhh...because I saw him?" Yelena: "Yea ok works for me. I am gonna take a man's life without fact checking."

He could have taken her and he could have taken echo. The show wad a classic bait and switch but people are forgetting hawkeye has been an avengers for like 12 years at this point on top of an already long shield career he is an incredibly gifted fighter and sparred with Nat (the better fighter between the two widows) for years so he knows most of the moves. He is one of the most gifted fighters in the comics and my but for some reason think Oliver queen is like batman cause of arrow and hawkeye just sucks nah hawkeye is one of the best fighters. Not in the tip 5 or 6 but neither or those other two either

“Why would she sacrifice herself for you, why do you deserve it?” He literally has a Wife and Kids that she loved and was super close with, of course she would Sacrifice herself so they could have their Husband and Father what’s so hard to believe???

It always reminds me of when Johnny Storm got killed.. both Hulk and Thor (two beings that would rip Thing apart) let him beat the crap out of both of them. That is how I felt when Clint knew that Yelena was the widow. He let her beat him enough so he could still get his point across.

Nat’s goal wasn’t saving the world, that was just something that also would happen, she was saving her sister. The last memories Yelena had of Nat were good and happy ones. His last memory of Nat was seeing her plummet to her death. She may have needed closure over Nat’s death because she got the wrong information but nothing will ever change that Clint will always carry seeing that.

Kinda adds more meaning to Nat's death. She died to bring her sister home.

I just didn't feel Yelena going after Hawkeye made any sense. How did she for a second think Hawkeye killed Natasha? Or that Natasha would even want Clint dead. Action good. Still felt like it shouldn't have played out as it did.
