Album: Paranoid
Song: "War Pigs"
~ LYRICS ~
"War Pigs"
Generals gathered in their masses
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction
Sorcerers of death's construction
In the fields the bodies burning
As the war machine keeps turning
Death and hatred to mankind
Poisoning their brainwashed minds
Oh lord yeah!
Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to the poor
Time will tell on their power minds
Making war just for fun
Treating people just like pawns in chess
Wait 'til their judgement day comes
Yeah!
Now in darkness world stops turning
Ashes where the bodies burning
No more war pigs at the power
Hand of God has struck the hour
Day of judgement, God is calling
On their knees the war pig's crawling
Begging mercy for their sins
Satan laughing spreads his wings
oh lord yeah!

@Felisha Thank you, thank you. I can't fix the problem, but at least I can riff on a good comment and finish the verse. But if shit gets real, so to speak, then we're going to have to remember how we washed up for all of human history to the point we had the opulence to afford nice, soft, clean, white PAPER (the shit that comes from trees that used to build homes and heat them) to use once inefficiently and flush away down a system that uses water (the stuff we need to drink or die) to wash the mess away.

What makes this song so brilliant and effective is that it doesn't mention any person, country, organization, event, or war. Instead it is vague and generic, making its message a permanently relevant and timeless criticism of human nature, rather than a divisive one-sided take on a single event.

This song is pretty fitting with what’s going on rn, opportunity for the rich, rank for generals and death to the poor

Yup, him mentioning the politicians hiding is exactly right. But the politicians are just pawns. They are on a short leash. The top .0001%, the big corporation and big pharma guys are really controlling what's going on. The politicians are their little lapdog who has to obey. Send all their asses over there to fivmght since they want war. Man really think about it. Could your imagine you are already a huge millionaire, say you have $30,000,000. Then somebody tells you you can make millions more, but you are going to have to blow up some children, destroy families, etc. And you sat yes because $30 million isn't enough. Think about doing that and then going about your day normally. These people are sick and we need to find out who is at the top. They serve no purpose. They only leech off the working class and cause what's happening today. They need to go...

the thing you miss is the fact that you can not establish a stateless, flagless world without living international communism..you desire a baby walking before it crawls.First communism then anarchism..Did you understand? This time I wont swear as you did.
