While The Merc crew surrounds Deacon (Jay Harrington) and Hondo (Shemar Moore), their guns run out of bullets, Deacon uses a flare and Luckily, a SWAT helicopter arrives just in time, giving Deacon and Hondo cover, and the Merc crew backs off.
