First day in any law school you are taught that ignorance of a law is no excuse and makes you guilty.She knows she should be jailed.She is required to have innate knowledge of anything she signs. She put her names on unverified criminal opposition research.She should be facing at least 3 felonies and 20 to 30 years federal time with no early release.Barr should have been typing up her indictment.

Indictments warranted for perjury, obstruction, fraud, abuse of power, conspiracy, sedition, treason, espionage, defamation in Midyear Exam/Crossfire Hurricane investigations. These senior officials set an oppositional Presidential Campaign up, a duly elected incoming President & Admin. This is way worse than Watergate. IMHO, Senator Hawley is miles above Ted Cruz, who is a disguised RINO and often flaps in the wind. I lost the tiny bit of respect I had left for Ted Cruz when he called January 6th an insurrection. Senator Josh Hawley great job! I was impressed with is line of questioning, and rebuttal to ole Feinstein at the end. Please clean house. Every time this goes unchecked you facilitate and embolden them further. Either Yates is a complete incompetent, or in on it. I suspect some of both, but more of the latter. How is Bruce Orr not fired!?!?!? Basically, the DOJ is in shambles and she has the nerve to say Sentak Josh’s state was inflammatory.

The MEMO states: "Fighting corporate fraud and other misconduct is a top priority of the Department of Justice ... One of the most effective ways to combat corporate misconduct is by seeking accountability from the individuals who perpetrated the wrongdoing. Such accountability is important for several reasons: it deters future illegal activity, it incentivizes changes in corporate behavior, it ensures that the proper parties are held responsible for their actions, and it promotes the public's confidence in our justice system." Ms. Yates is dancing like the corrupt corporate executives that her famous MEMO sought to address! I was inspired by that MEMO and therefore am very saddened and disappointed that the author seemed divorced from is wise advice in practice.
