This is my DREAM project. After making the original Hay Baler almost two years ago, I was thinking about the model that can make square bale. Here it is. The Lego Hay Baler 2.

This is so cool! Who knew a square baler would be so much more complicated than a round baler? Amazing job. I would never have thought of something like this. Again, absolutely AMAZING creation!!

Hi Martin, special thank you for the great comment. You are so right, it was very challenging since I only had the idea and no clue if it will work or not. When working with real life objects it is always fun and uncertainty. How sure how , but I have managed to make it as a working model. To my big surprise, the first prototype I have built was working from the second attempt. The first one was total disaster. Once again, thanks a lot for your support.

That's definitely one of the coolest MOCs ever ! Amazing. It's not easy to work with hay... I mean it's not like a ball contraption where you have a uniformed predictable shape to work with...

Eh! A square baler, nice! I run a square baler for custom work, so I can confirm you did a good job of replicating all the functions of a real square baler! Also, if you felt like it, now you could make an auto stacker for the bales

Good questions. It was challenging project and some parts took a lot of effort to build and most important synchronize together. For this project I did not buy any parts from the BrickLink.
