Dad had 2 rock pickers, my brother and me 😂 Our neighbor had one that looked like yours, I sure did envy him. I’d say your field looks pretty clean.

My Dad had the same system.This piece of ground was just rough cleared pasture when l was a kid so l have o lot of catching up to do.

This was an all-family job when I was a kid. Everybody handpicking around trailer and tracktor.

Our family as well growing up, most of the neighbor kids learned to drive tractors during this operation.

Flip the reel end-to end every year.

That might work if both ends have a keyway for the drive gear.

@@frede5656 my dad had one when he was farming. It was a good tractor. But his best tractor was a Massey Ferguson 1100.

I saw that video and must say l have suffered many of the same frustrations, but in the right conditions these machines are a very productive one person operation.

Just no till, then u start to build soil on top of the stones.
