KIM JUST CAME UP TO HER AND SLAPPED HER and 2. she never once addressed another sister for their behavior besides Kourt, it insinuates this entire interaction from start to finish was Kourtney's fault. Kim had no reason to make that comment about her sisters other than to be a bully. No normal human being would speak that way about someone else unless they were trying to piss the other person off. The only difference is that Kourtney was willing to put her money where her mouth is. No one deserves to be hit, it is wrong.
