Alastor actually fits the title Devil more than Lucifer. Charismatic, creepy, manipulative, prideful. Someone that you shouldn't trust but you always end up making deals with him

I think his deal has made him weaker. That’s one of the main reasons he’s so incredibly hungry for his freedom, he’s finally tasted death and now he never wants to feel it again.

Alastor has been a fan favorite since his introduction. He is a really well written character; someone who can be sinister, funny, shady, and honest all at the same time.

The thing about alastor interest me Is that he's an undeniably a blood lusted monster but he has a weird moral code that he very weirdly will not break, so far as we've seen he doesn't attack those who are below him and will even go out of his way to protect those who are being attacked because they are weaker and will even punish the attackers as we've seen in the comic. So he's obviously a bad guy but he weirdly still has some form of conscious that helps him develop relationships and even having loving bonds with people like rosey.

I'd be cool with Alastor being even more unhinged in s2. Love when bad guys are allowed to be bad guys.

He totally is But he’s OUR creepy freak 🥰😈😈 He’s a screw loose and random character, flamboyant, showboating and creepy super cool character. He’s got a screw loose and a bit psycho but in a cool way 😈😈♥️ He’s also genuinely terrifying once he’s provoked and when he wants to seriously threaten people but he’s usually affably evil. Those are some of the reasons why I love his character even because he’s intriguing and mysterious.

I think Alastor made a deal with THE devil. Lucifer was only pretending not to know him. Alastor got power from him, but Alastor knows his power isn't his own. Nothing is more galling to a narcissist with sadistic tendencies than being reminded of their impotence. The thing I wonder is what did Lucifer want from Alastor in return? It seems like charlie is being excluded from extermination so long as lillith is in heaven and not singing to strengthen the legions of hell.

Took me forever to realize While fighting Pentious, Alastor isn't just laughing at the torment he's causing him. But he noticed Vox's drone watching. He knew that once Vox found out he was back after 7 years, it was gonna be entertaining

Okay, so that line about barely escaping being killed "by a hair".. what if he's actually saying "a hare" - an animal like a rabbit, which would be fairly low in the food chain. Given Alastor and his deer motif, it would be incredibly insulting to be defeated by someone far lower than himself. He's not necessarily upset about just escaping death, he doesn't believe Adam was even remotely worthy of being a challenge.. and yet he nearly died, so Alastor's confidence is rightly shooketh. Alastor is okay with losing a fight, but you'd better be a WORTHY opponent.

Alastor acts tough and sounds confident, but in reality, he’s being manipulated by whoever he’s in a contract with, but doesn’t admit it, so he acts like there’s no strings attached, when there are. I do hope I’m the future, we’ll see more of Alastors character, and his past that would give clarification to why he became a killer in the first place. He is one of my favorite characters. Edit: My guess to why Alastor has beef with Lucifer, is because he reminds him of Charlie’s Mom, who is believed to be the one that’s in contract with Alastor? 🤔
