Hazbin Hotel Huskerdust Trailer Breakdown + Analysis

Today we received another sneak peek trailer, except this time it’s dedicated to husk and angel dust. Like usual i’ll go through it frame by frame and break it down.
So the caption says, “Husk serves drinks. Angel serves looks.”
We see charlie introduce husk the bartender. We see angel chatting with husk, and it quickly flashes to a scene where angel and husk appear to be on some sort of ship. Husk is holding a loan shark. We also saw these characters attack the hotel in a previous sneak peek, so my theory is that husk and angel dust go out together and get intro trouble with these loan sharks. They have a battle, and the loan sharks attack the hotel later as revenge only to get murdered by alastor.
We see a broken bottle get thrown at husk and it narrowly misses his head.
Husk is in a nightclub and rolls his eyes, so perhaps angel takes him out and this reminds me a bit of the earlier sneak peek where they hold hands. We get some more frames of husk talking, then he throws angel off his bar. And then we see the trust fall exercise from the previous sneak peek. Only instead of vaggie and charlie doing it, angel falls into husks arms.
Angel grabs husks head and says meow.
We see a scene where valentino and travis are recording angel shooting a video. Angel looks to be singing, so this is probably a song from an episode.
And finally we have angel say to vaggie that hes a famous actor.
So overall the new sneak peeks are super cool. We got charlie and vaggie’s yesterday, so it looks like each day we’ll get a new short trailer featuring scenes from 2 characters. Tomorrow we’ll probably have alastor and nifty which will be exciting. From the scenes it looks like huskerdust is definitely going to be canon which i’m sure many fans are excited about. It’s one of the most popular ships in the fandom and i personally really like it so i can’t wait to see the two characters interact in the full show.

I see a lot of myself in Husker. So while it is my opinion I would take it personal to have him with angel, who I really don't care for.

@@richardashendale922The show isn’t out yet so we don’t know yet what kind of development their relationship will have! Viv has always shown huge support and favoritism towards HuskerDust being a couple tho, especially in her old art of them so they most likely will be together.

Husk and Angel are two of the characters I'm most excited to see in the finished show so it's nice to see they could have a relationship in the show at some point. I've seen the ship Huskerdust before and although I thought it was possible, I didn't bet on it. Overall I'm excited to see both of them.

If I remember correctly, they're supposed to be each other's best friends as the series progressed so while I'd like to see them together, I wouldn't hold my breath on the matter. Expect them to be close, but don't assume romance and accept whatever their relationship turns into. Just know they will be getting on each other's nerves which should be fun.

Since the shows already confirmed season 2 I think maybe they might get together then and not season 1! Tho I will say Viv has always been really open about enjoying them as a couple, and so have the cast and especially their voice actors recently! The official account has also been posting about them a lot, so not to say they can’t still be friends but it seems they definitely want us to be rooting for more!

I kinda get that vibe that in the end they just gonna remain as best friends as it probably won’t work out in the end. Idk I feel like they’re setting something tragic for both of them since The official Twitter has been teasing them quite a lot that they’re not even try to hide it and surprise fans of a relationship. To me it feels very spoiled

Guys, Viv confirmed in an interview that Huskerdust will be a slow-burn romance, and Angel dust has feelings for Husk so it's semi-cannon. So, Huskerdust will going to be cannon.

I said this in another video (so I’m not worried about the reaction this comment gets), but when Angel said “Me-ow”, it sent a flush through my body, and I desperately need help right now. But, for the rest of the trailer, I'm incredibly excited for the show. Keith already has won me over with his Husk, and Blake is constantly proving himself a fantastic replacement for Michale. I will miss the old voice, but it seems that Blake has a good grasp of the character, smug and sexy, snarky and just all the things that made Angel brilliant. I can’t wait for the 19th to come and finally watch the show. (Lucky buggers who can watch it on the 12th, I envy you all.)

Ya know at first I wasn’t interested in the HuskerDust ship, I thought it was just people shipping for the sake of shipping regardless of whether or not the relationship is any good, which I’ve definitely done myself. But now as I’m seeing more clips of them together I’m starting to warm up to it. It’ll be another Lumity situation where I first rolled my eyes but as the characters & their relationship grow I start to get into it more

I always kinda never liked the ship Alaster x angel dust because they were missing something... I don't see why but I had a feeling. But Huskerdust seemed to be having more chemistry which is why it's my favorite ship of all time and they suit each other more so I'm actually excited to see these two in the show! 🎉

I didn't have super strong opinions on the new VA cast, but Husks casting was the one I was least enthusiastic about because I liked how growly he was in the pilot. I'm glad we just got a good sample of the new Husk, I love it and he's perfect

0:44 im 99 percent sure angel and husk are not holding hands, this clip went very fast and husk was moving his arms down. This frame shows their hands overlapping from the clip but it doesn’t look like either hand is in a grasping position

I’m still a little miffed they changed huskers voice character even though he definitely got an upgrade ( I absolutely love Keith David) but somehow in the preview to the new show it sounded like alisters voice changed a little bit aswell , won’t know until the premiere but it definitely sounded different

Even though I love the new voice cast, as of now I still prefer the original voice of Husk from the pilot by Mick Lauer. I’ll still give Kieth David a chance but when I hear the new voice of Husk, I just hear his same voice of the president from Rick and Morty and to be honest it is a little distracting for me. Although I’m still excited for the show to come out.

I will say this now, I think you should make a video warning people about leaks going around. I was scrolling on TikTok today and saw a leak from Hazbin Hotel. And if you look up “Hazbin Hotel leaked” there’s nothing but leaks. So please make a video warning people. People are posting all kinds of things off of episodes and I don’t even think Viv knows it’s happening.. a fair warning to people out there, leaks are going around so be careful :( 💔
