Every fandom has a version of this...except I didn't see one for Hazbin. Yet. So I decided to make my own. I literally made this entire thing in two days instead of studying for finals. Hope yall are proud of me lmao. Also COPPA pls don't yeet my ass. Hazbin isn't for kids so this isn't for kids fuck off.
Ironically I feel like I improved a lot over the course of making this lol. And sorry if some frames are hella rough. I wasn't making rough sketches or anything first lol

DBoot 888 Sorry, I’m a history nerd so strap in. What Sir Pen would have experienced in life really depends on where he is actually from; America or Britain. The Cowboy Era was American and the Victorian Era was British (Named for the rule of Queen Victoria). To start, Sir Pen died in 1888 (likely between the ages of 25 - 40). The Victorian Era: 1837-1901. Classic cowboy period: 1865-1880. Civil War: 1861-1865. The cowboys were primarily those who were expanding US territory westward; hence the expression “the Wild West.” So if Sir Pen is American he would most likely be a city-boy from the east coast.
