She is actually very genuine and down to earth. Not like the character she played on the show in the later seasons. And also Berg is a POS, he did her so dirty.

She was also shading people on some colorism shit....let's not forget (and w/ a lot of reality tv shows, ppl tend to forget a lot of the shit the light-skinned black women/Latina women do and say to trigger the reactions that they get). She legit thought she was better than darker skinned women solely due to her complexion (which she admitted on Iyanla). So in that aspect...she was getting what she was giving out. Also, her fans AND Marriage Boot Camp told her not to be messing with that lil boy and she didn't listen. I think the consequences of her actions over the years caught up to her and gave her a solid dose of humility...it happens to the best of us....

I would love to see Hazel back on love and hip hop Houston if it become a thing. She actually did learn a lot from fix my life about her mistake with the featurism and colorist comments she made in the past. she had empathy, and she definitely was apologetic for her actions, and it seemed very authentic and genuine on the show. so she definitely gets a pass. Just don’t ever use those colorist and featurism slurs again sis. Wish you all the best Hazel ❤ One thing about us, people get mad at us when we allow people back in after they have done us dark skin Black people so bad but that’s who we are. We are God’s children we have forgiving spirits naturally, so it’s easy for us to forgive people and get over and allow them back into our culture Versus other cultures, once you do something, that’s it they’re done with you. Some people say it’s our downfall, but I think that’s one of the best attributes that we have as Black people, We are very forgiving people. We just have to work harder on the unity thing and respecting each other’s individuality .❤

One of the things that stuck with me about this interview is when she spoke on people making fun of how she looked and how she was called the ugliest light skin, and then she went to go make cosmetic changes, and people still have something negative to say. It just shows that regardless if you make the changes that people have a problem with they are still not going to be satisfied with you. YOU have to be satisfied with YOU!! Nobody else’s opinions matter to be honest if you aren’t happy with your damn self🆗❤️.
