Policies of Hazrat Usman RA were different from Hazrat Umar RA definitely because former was lenient and later was strict. These are traits found in general public either of these are not bad. Based kn the policies you can’t judge someone’s level of piety. If Hazrat Muhammad SAW chose him as one of his best companion then who we are to challenge that.

Religious monarchy is not the right word for Rashidun caliphate. As it was not hereditary, but Shura/consultation based election system.

Hazrat Abu Bakr RA became caliph due to a panic situation(his own words in Bukhari) Hazrat Umar RA was named caliph by hazrat Abu Bakr RA,there was a shura for the third caliph but if you read ahadis,it had a clear bias towards Umayyads,the fourth caliph Hazrat Ali RA came into power because no one else was willing to take that position including himself because of the chaos after the mob lynching and brutal murder of Hazrat Usman RA after starving him for days on charges of corruption and nepotism,which was followed immediately by two wars against well Muslims who rejected Hazrat Ali's caliphate,one against Amma Ayesha RA and the other against Muawiya..don't see much shura/consultation in that,safe to use the word monarchy which is not a haram or bad thing

Of course there has to be some agriculture. Otherwise people will starve to death. But it was extremely small scale in comparison to Iraq, Egypt and Syria. This is the Fertile Crescent. The birth place of the agricultural revolution.

ان اصحاب نے نبی پاک کے فرمان کے مطابق حملے کیے تھے اور اللّٰہ کے قانون کے مطابق نبی کی اطاعت نہ کرنے والوں کو سزا ملی۔۔۔ ایک ہی کمانڈر خالد کافی ہوا۔۔۔ اور ہزار سال سے قائم روم و فارس کی سلطنتوں کی اینٹ سے اینٹ بجا دی۔۔۔ روم نے پھر مان لیا۔۔۔ مگر فارسی چونکہ مجوس تھے نسل پرست تھے اس لیے انہوں نے اپنے بادشاہ کی طرح آج تک لعنتوں کا سلسلہ جاری رکھا ہوا ہے اور سلطنت فارس کے غم میں جو ماتم ہوا تھا وہ آج ان کی نسل کی عبادت بنا ہوا ہے۔
