Their early releases were recorded only in Finnish, and it wasn't until 2008 that the rest of us got to enjoy their awesome, Christ inspired lyrics.

The intro of this song musically reminds me of the band "The Letter Black". The vocals on the verses remind me of them also. It's only on the verses though. I can tell it's a different band when the chorus starts. Anyway, great song! Symphonic metal is a unique genre. I love it! Great music and great message!

The church is not serving the LORD.. People are bored, the preacher just comes and briefly welcomes the dude...the girls emphasize the offering being passed around... It's a dead church like Sardis in Revelation 3:1 - 6. Then the girl just wants to split with the dude. Their death at the end is not because they left church but symbolic of the fact the whole church there is already dead!

The Kid in the video did not truly have Christ in his heart. Walking Talking and Acting like a Christian, but God knows the heart. He knew (the Kid) something was not right in his walk, however he chose to ignore his gut feelings... OR the Holy Spirit speaking to him. At the end he died (The oncoming truck) now its to late to re-new this convenient... as the lyrics say. He died without salvation.

+Yellowdog02 just to add to what you were saying, the boy felt the shame of his actions for everything he did, does and was about to do. He felt the shame of wearing the Cross and acting the way he did, the shame when he walked out during service, and the shame for throwing the Cross away

I did some checking and looks like they completely disappeared....Maybe the LORD used them and then took them home? Last concert was December 2016 and they haven't been heard from....

@@blissfit4life364 Unfortunately, they aren't around anymore. They played some last shows and then split up. I really wish they would have at least finished the English translation of Pääkallonpaikka, that album is absolutely sick and I'd love to hear an English version. But who knows, perhaps someday?

This band might cause the most controversy among the circles they are trying to reach -- especially when Symphonic Metal; they tend to be pickier than thrash metal or doom metal. But the faith angle opened up when Saviour Machine emerged but HB might be one of those you will have to analyze the cinematic film making with their videos; I've seen some comments nailed for Spam but when you have this style of heavy metal -- they tend to have very literate lyrics so HB might be at a disadvantage to Tarja or Within Temptation; but if you are fans of #Epica you might enjoy this.

The only controversy with this band would come from those silly right wing conservative associated "Christians" who sadly enough NEVER EVER DID WHAT JESUS DID. The newest and most powerful move of Christian spirituality I am seeing started in the mid 90s with the "Truth Movement" which resurfaced around 04 as "THE REALITY MOVEMENT" and then more recently resurfaced as "THE OCCUPY MOVEMENT". The entire world is tired of the "official" versions of everything and we can all see the thinly disguised MATRIX. Religion and TRUTH are two items that are worlds apart. As far as bands such as HB, the Fins are a dark expressive type. I see no issue with this as I love what I feel is a seriously spiritual song: Touch of Blessing by EVERGREY. Ive met them several times and they are dark and reality driven but profoundly spiritual. Also, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN by EPICA (Elimeleh video) is highly spiritual as is that band in many ways. God had a feast and NO ONE OF HIS OWN HOUSE CAME TO IT, so He then sent out servants to bid as many to come as would. That was Jesus' own prophesy and TODAY IT HAPPENS!

***** Are you familiar with The Voice Movement in The States -- that's what happening right now in America. Have you seen www.reasons.org as Tourniquet started a very unique movement too. I know exactly how this is as I was the forerunner for HB as I did this first in 1997.

+Geoff Edevane I dont get what your saying but yeah anyways the only real music is done by Christians everything else is noise and God bless this band for doing this song and video. The video is showing that we can only plant the seed God must water the plant. The kids went in with a no win attitude so to speak and only one came out feeling ashamed that he was leaving in the middle of the service and also ashamed for wearing the Cross and acting the way he was acting and even more so that he was going to and did throw the Cross. God calls to all of us and that dude felt that calling

Im a silly right wing conservative Christian. Rock and metal are my favorite form of Gospel music. Most people (that I know) who like this kinda music are right wing conservative evangelical Christians. The people we associate with in church who are not rockers,have no objection to Christian rock or metal ,as long as its scripturly accurate

My take is the kid had an opportunity to accept Jesus as Lord, and therefore go to heaven when he dies. But instead he refused the invitation and decided to live for himself. He leaves the church, gets in a car accident and dies...missing his opportunity to go to heaven. That's my take on it anyway.
