On Friday, February 24, the Mann Center collaborated with Cristo Rey High School and TD Bank to launch a kick-off event announcing the Mann’s inaugural, multi-day HBCU Festival.
The pep-rally celebration took place at Cristo Rey High School where hundreds of students and staff attended. The event commenced with remarks from TD Bank’s Head of U.S. Corporate Citizenship Shelley R. Sylva, TD Bank’s Commercial Market President for Pennsylvania Geoff Brandon, and Mann Center President and CEO Catherine M. Cahill. Followed by a special performance by HBCU choir Jeremy Winston Chorale.
