I was able to add the some HBCU songs to NCAA 14. Hopefully we can do it again. In 14, I was able to use them for certain situations like on kickoff, third down and etc.

There is team builder. I think you can create any HBCU team in the game

that might not be the case for FCS schools, which include a number of HBCUs (SWAC. MEAC. Tennessee State, Hampton, and NC A&T), as they may block the use of their names. One of the reasons for that is if they plan to offer FCS schools in the future it would be wise to block people for using their names in order not to have conflicts when the FCS schools are added.

It would not be surprise me if they release an HBCU DLC during black history month in 2025. The tell tell sign will be when the NIL agreement goes out to FCS schools players and if the schools admit that they sent in their assets to EA.

I don't see it for this gane, but maybe a few games down the road. It would be so cool to have all 134 teams, plus some HBCUs and top FCS teams. Maybe even some powerhouses D2 and D3 schools. Imagine starting your RTG and being able to transfer from say D2 /D3 to a FCS or Group of 5 school, and then by your senior year see if you're good enough to play in the SEC or Big 10

Mann they should’ve added them in. If I remember correctly they were in ‘03 and ‘06 which was dope af to see and play as them. Hope they have some type of add on for them. Or a different company makes a new hbcu game cuz we only got bcfx back in the day.

DLC would be interesting to see add to this. However, I don't think we see it happening, and for now, we will just have to rely on team builder or community creations to get the missing schools we want in this years game. Given EA is history is that I can see them milking this aspect out for the game releases of CFB26. We have HBCU schools added to the game now. You can import draft classes to Madden. CFB27, we have FCS schools now added to the schools in this game. You can import coaches to Madden now, too. CFB28, we have added in stadium editor to the game. You can now import coaches from Madden to CFB CFB29, we have added in crowd editor for your created schools

Good question because I want all the slots. Anything less after all this time is gonna a major disappointment to me. All this piecemeal information a little here a little there instead being straight forward has me concerned. And because of that I'm giving this game this game a half of a C minus. That trailer they released was like and. As I stated on another thread they have got to come correct on team builder and import/export for me to boost their ratings.

From my understanding they are going to allow teams created in team builder to be available for those that play offline, as they are going provide a way for people to download the teams they create with team build to download to their system.

Ok but where is the team builder site. I already have a list of teams that I want in my dynasty mode. If I can I'm only going to keep 8 maybe 10 of the schools they have preloaded. The rest are the teams I want. Most HBCU'S or at least who I think are the top will be in there. I could care 2 shits about those other game modes. I like to get creative and do my own thing. Team builder with the ability to change out all the schools along with export/import to Madden is what I care about the most. Fuck the dumb shit. Norfolk State University Spartans will crush Alabama, Georgia, and Michigan in my dynasty mode. HBCU!!!!!

@@zaazaa757 EA said stay tuned for when the team builder site goes live, as I bet they will make the site live a few days before the game launches during early access. I would not get your hopes up, as they may block people for using names of the FCS teams because they would not want to cause an issue if they are going to add FCS teams later on. As far as HBCUs, I I might either use Elizabeth City State University (I doubt EA will be concern about D2 schools and plus I am going to using ECSU originally mascot instead of the Viking) or St. Paul College because I would rather wait for the NCCU to be added officially rather creating them through team builder.

Yea the mlb show game had dlc for the negro league teams I believe. But thats a different company. EA seems to do the opposite

No trading in college sports only recruiting and transfers which could be tedious for some but it gives college sports its own unique identity.

What I never understood in the NCAA basketball games you had every D1 basketball game no matter the conference but on NCAA 🏈 you couldn't do that the FCS/ HBCUs should be in the game

HBCUs are FCS schools and thus they are going to treat like the other FCS schools. EA focus right now is going to be FBS and if we had a HBCU school in FBS they would be in the game by default.
