Yet, during the last orange blossom press conference, he talked 💩 about the level of Jackson State’s student intelligence. Yes, we have our issues but over 90% is the fault of IHL who controls Mississippi universities. However, fampoo have their own board. Clearly, the prez isn’t too smart.

Who ever signed the paper/contract….should be fired!!!!!!! Immediately!!!!!! As in right now!!! We don’t need an investigation. We need answers from Robinson AND Harper. She signed the contract too!!! So, she should not have even been leading the BOT meeting Wednesday!!!! She is an accomplice. She should be removed from the board. These people are incompetent and were greedy. All involved should be FIRED and not able to resign!!!!! Starting with Robinson.

Agreed, Charles Miller. The state of Florida probably owes FAMU hundreds of millions because of underfunding through the years. Supporters must get out the word, vote and file lawsuits, if necessary. The black politicians in Tallahassee must step it up also. FAMU is a jewel.

Will the county commissioners have faith in FAMU with Dr. Robinson as president? This hesitation may cost FAMU more delay in getting their stadium renovation. Which is another reason to go ahead fire FAMU president within the next month.

The Trustee Board is ducking their responsibility by using an outside firm that will automatically cause a longer delay and cost a lot of money. The board instead should use internal departments for their own fact finding. I've seen flagship universities' boards fire their presidents without having an outside firm and these presidents having done far less than FAMU president. We recently saw Ivy League presidents fired without any outside firm recommendation. Many blacks may not have agreed with those firing but it was done by boards not ducking their responsibility.

As a CPA and graduate of FAMU’s School of Business, I see the independent audit as a much needed checkup. We need to diagnose the administrative problems that have historically plagued our beloved FAMU and set about curing those issues. It’s time for a change of leadership and increase in accountability across the board. We will give the monies needed by our school, but it will require ACCOUNTABILITY with consequences for breaches of trust.

Bragg is not a nice stadium, Vaughn. The facility is a dump. FAMU has been systematically denied funds from the state of Florida. It’s the ONLY black HBCU in Florida for goodness sake. Fight for that money and get better facilities. If you want to see nice stadiums go to AAMU, Bama State and Prairie View.

Bragg stadium was just renovated. However there could be more done. Where's the people need to make sure we get out and vote. The money is not being spent where they should be throughout our nation the state of Mississippi and the state of Tennessee are there treating the other hbcus. The black community spends billions of dollars every year. We need to get our act together!
