Well, here's another favorite. You seem to build a lot of houses that I Iike. I like the factory front porch. I like the sliding door to a nice deck. I would want the larger island but with a counter height bar. The bedrooms and hall bath are a good size. I like the fact that the W/D is in the hall. That's very convenient to the bedrooms. I like the master bath with the big walk-in shower and the big linen closet. Overall, a very nice house for a narrow lot or any lot.

I love open floor plans like this. It truly makes your home feel larger. Especially with the sliding patio door in the dining area
