ఈ సృష్టిలో ఏ దేశంలోనూ లేని చట్టాలు కొన్ని వేల లక్షల చట్టాలు భారతదేశంలో రాజ్యాంగంలో ఉన్నాయి వాటిని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు మార్చుకుంటూ వస్తూనే ఉన్నారు కానీ అవి బడా బాబులు రాజకీయ నాయకులు ఆర్థిక నేరగాళ్లు కేటుగాళ్లకు కాళ్ళ కింద చెప్పులు వలె పని చేస్తున్నాయి సామాన్య మధ్యతరగతి వాళ్లే నాశనం అవుతున్నారు ప్రస్తుత భారత దేశంలో నేరం చేశాడో చెయ్యలేదో నిర్ధారణ కాకుండానే 80% నేరగాళ్లు అని పిలవబడే రిమాండ్ లోనే శిక్షలు అనుభవిస్తున్నారు అనేక లక్షల కేసులు పెండింగ్లో పెట్టి వదిలివేశారు ఇప్పటికి వాటిని 20 సంవత్సరములు అయినా ఎటువంటి పరిష్కారం చెప్పలేదు పనికిరాని చట్టాలు ఎన్ని ఉండి ఏమి ప్రయోజనం కొన్ని రోజులు అమలు జరుగుతాయి తర్వాత వాటిలో ఉన్న లిస్టులో వాడుకొని అమాయక ప్రజలు బలి అవుతూ ఉంటారు భారతదేశంలో డబ్బు ఉంటే చట్టాలు కాలు కింద చెప్పుల పని చేస్తూ ఉంటాయి సముద్రాల శ్రీనివాసరావు 9440884949
