IIT k log foreign based high package jobs mein jyaada interested hain ,that's why we have less number in ISRO, BARC. Agar direct campus placement ya open competition with good package offer kro toh IIT wale bilkul aayenge

In my comment I didn't use any term like IIT or IITian. Still glad to learn from you that sir is talking that our country has failed to hire IITians as here in India we are not able to attract them by huge packages so they work for NASA only. True words. Students are taking admission in iits for getting a job in foreign companies but no one wants to develop their nation. and that attitude decreases the speed of India's development. I was surprised, when I saw that in chandrayaan 3 mission there were negligible iit,ians. I am also a jee aspirant but I want to do something for my nation not for myself.

JEE preparation is mainly rote learning. While preparation, Student don't get enough time to deeply analyze the concept and understand its beauty. They just focus on solving problems as many as possible. I will not blame student. It is Indian Education system who is culprit.

BTW, IITs haven't produce single noble laureate or new discovery/Invention so far despite being India's Top most colleges and mentoring top talents of India.

Not a Physicist or for other departments what they are called I don't know.
