@@narmypara100 Dr Lipschitz got me on the HCG / FSH protocol, my wife and I decided to do ICSI because we are both approaching 40. She's Thai and we just got back from doing the procedure last month. It was successful. We got some embrios on ice so when we ready in the next year, we'll take the dough out of the freezer and put the cookies in the oven 😂

I found that whenever I stop HCG I get increased anxiety. Using it regularly increases my feeling of wellbeing and being able to handle stress. There is something to this backfilling of hormones that we are only beginning to understand.

@@aguy559 from what I’ve read - most guys do better with HCG. You need to watch Estradiol - it drives that up - so get it measured and use an AI if needed. (FWIW - I take 1/4 Aromasin (6.25 mg) once per week. When my T dose increases I bump the AI.

The dose for monotherapy HCG can be quite high in order to bring testosterone to optimal range. Having testosterone TRT makes it easier to travel as well as refrigeration isn’t required for testosterone as it is for hcg once you reconstitute it.

It was not discussed as how long to run hcg before coming off. Ive heard using for a month then off for 2/3 months, or to I stay on along with trt.

@007Testosterone if you’re not on any hcg currently then I would lower the test dose to around 17 mg a day and add 100 iu which will Cause your balls to produce T in addition to the T you’re injecting. If you have difficult time getting dialed in (high e2 symptoms) then lower the dose of hcg to 80 iu a day. It’s not good to be on T without hcg because it shuts down a bunch of different brain steroids like pregnenolone, progesterone, dhea etc. by adding hcg to your daily routine your brain will continue to make these important hormones. This is essential to have a good mental state (mood/quick thinking/energy) as well as good libido and sexual function

@007Testosterone I’m not sure what you’re asking but hcg will fix the issue you’re having. Use the instructions I gave you in the last comment. Hcg will cause semen production again in the testes. You don’t need hmg. It’s not used with trt, it’s just used for fertility. This shits not that complicated man. Just get on hcg, micro dose every day and make sure you lower the testosterone dose to compensate for the increase in T and E caused by the hcg. Start with 80 ius a day after lowering your T.

@007Testosterone Those micro doses of hCG don't work. 350iu every 3 days is the minimum you should take. You will get significant testicular atrophy and lowered semen volume on daily small doses of hCG. Don't listen to Dr Stevens. He's an idiot.

Ive been off TRT for a month now and just take HCG and enclophomene 3 days a week. I felt a lot better when taking Test and HCG together, my libido was high and I had better overall clarity. I only got off Test to conceive hopefully soon, but I dont like the way I feel on HCG alone. Just some insight.

No disrespect here, but anatomically there is a "pouch" in the pubic area where testicles can and often do travel to during sex for protection. The first time this happened to me and I "lost" my testicles I freaked out. I have 20cc testicles so average size. Just throwing that out there.

I think it's a personal choice. Sometimes life has a way of helping you come off HCG, ie forgetfulness, or not ordering some one month. In general though most of our clients usually continue especially if fertilty is desired or minimising atrophy.

In the USA compounded hcg without a licence from the FDA was not allowed but commercial preparations are. Gondarelin is being used as an alternative but it’s not HCG. It should stimulate the release of LH. In Europe HcG is available and compounding is heavily regulated for aseptic pharmaceutical preparations.

I think this depends on how responsive your testes are in responding to more hcg production. With the doses used as an adjunct the amount of increase is negligible for many.

It depends on how it’s diluted. Many people confuse volume with dose. The dose is the mg or IU aid medication. In an injectable form it’s milligrams or micro grams or International Units IU in a given volume of solution.

I plan to try trt and HcG to get my numbers higher, altough hcg pushes my numbers significantly already. Water retention not really tbh, I think water retention is more a sympton of high e2 maybe

😢 Guys can somone help please. when i started my TRT without HCG, my facial hair got better, but i wasn't feeling good down there, plus anxiety ect.... when i started HCG my facial hair got thinner and am losning my beard, what can i do ? i used to take 350 IU every 3 days, i heard about T conversion to Estrogen, so i started 100 iu a day. but i still have the hair problem, now I take 50 T per week and 100 iu per day, Am thinking of increasing my T to 40 x2 a week. Hard to keep testo in range and get the desired benifits at the same time, Am lost tired and depressed, been goin through this for 2 years. plz anyone can help ?

could be complete bullshit but i have heard anecdotally that men seem to have less side effects from HCG when they reconstiute it in very concentrated doses so for instance you have 5000iu of hcg you would only use 1ml of bac water so each unit is 50iu rather than using a higher volume of water to reconstiute it just something i heard a few times but who knows

@007Testosterone Don't take HCG daily! That's a bullshit protocol because it doesn't prevent testicular atrophy. You need a minimum of 350iu of HCG in a single dose and you should dose it every 3 days. Try to get Pregnyl 1500iu amps. Add 1ml bac water and take 0.25ml (375iu) every 3 days in the morning, not evening. You should notice a big energy boost and your balls won't shrink and semen volume will be normal. You can't achieve this on small daily hCG shots.
