Social determinants of health is a concept not understood by those who are most harmed by SDOH. We need to do more to empower people to understand the associations with the environment, housing, and food insecurity to shift this paradigm... the disproportionate burden of disease and mortality .. health inequity costing all of us.

I hate to say it discrimination has changed and evolved in a way that even some black peoples are racist against black less fortunate people her in south Florida a doctor’s won’t see you if you have a real problem

Ask him why the hospital cause my baby girl to have brain damage / cerebral palsy . Due to the OB/Nurses fail delivery her in a timely manner ! After they know she was damage did nothing. And medical panel who rule against work there and had a relationship with the doctor . But now it’s my turn since they try assassinated my character !! Tell dr dola I will not stop 🛑. Until I get justice for baby Angel. The world will know ! Louisiana will know . So other black woman don’t feel my pain.
