Pretty sure the Hakkar Druid would be considered an OTK. It doesn't matter that the combo takes multiple turns... That would be like saying mecha'thun warlock isn't an OTK because you have to play the Galvanizers before Mecha'thun, or that sometimes you have to deal some face damage to finish with Holy Wrath, or Zereks cloning gallery. Just incorrect. If you wanted to be technical, most 'OTK' decks aren't OTK just because you do damage to them before. The only true OTK deck in the meta is Death Knight Paladin OTK, maybe Quest Mage... and only if they haven't taken any damage previously. That's again, technically. But the term OTK has come to be when a majority of damage is done in 1 turn, thus the title One turn Kill.
