RIP John Gwynne I just really got into darts about a dozen years ago and his voice just sticks with me for so many memorable moments he was my favourite commentator , one of the best

This and the one with dolan are my favourite. Genuinely can't split them plus dolans was In front of the Irish and John gwynne may he rest in peace just made that one epic as well 👌

This is thr only 9 darter along with dolans that I can watch ever and over again and outs a smile on my face everytime. John gwynne u are a Legend and makes this 9 darter truly special.

@@adamdior9495 I was brought up with darts in the social club I was in and my pals dad was a huge jocky wilson fan so I mind us all being like 10 watching jocky win the world's it was like it was yesterday as no one thought he eouid beat bristow but he did it and been hooked on darts ever since. Kind of lost its way from 2000 to 2010 as there was no one really for taylor to compete with at least not on his level anyways so thankfully its evolved so much and we get moments like this we're imo a 9 darter is just the same as a maximum in snooker. Just a leg or a match of pure perfection and being an semi amateur myself I know how hard it is to hit a 180 never mind a 9 darter. If u haven't watched brendad dolan I recommend it. Has to start the leg by hitting a double and was the first guy to hit a 9 darter at world match play. U have to start the leg with a double so no one had ever done it and has only been done twice since, 3 time all together but they have to finish on the bull so jhst make it all the better and dolan done it in front of home corwd in Ireland, magical 👌

Its a shame Sky sports only has him in, for 1 maybe 2 matches at the world championships now. Hes the only commentator that makes watching darts even more exciting!
