Rancho Capistrano Crossing BEFORE QUIET ZONE!!

This crossing is located at MP 194.32 on the SCRRA (Metrolink) Orange Subdivision.
Sometime this week the quiet zone was implemented, and as of this video's release, I do not know why.

That really is so stupid that this has become a quiet zone. I say we need to show our support of the train horns and say no to them quiet zones here and now!

My church is literally only a couple feet from the tracks right next to a yard but I'm guessing the train crews in my area know not to honk

If I went to California and pick that location, not supposed to be a quiet zone at all. It'll always be a horn zone just for a safety reason!
