I always dreamt of going to Norway from early childhood. I finally went 3 years ago and it was everything I dreamed of! The people are lovely and the scenery breathtaking.

Norway has to be one of the most beautiful countries that I've ever seen. For scenic splendour, this nation has to be easily in my top three favourite places, along with alpine Austria and Switzerland. HH Exeter, Devon.

We just came back from 10 days road trip in Western Norway one week ago. We had covered most of the areas including the ones you have shown in this video such as Andalsnes, Trollstigen, Hellesylt, Oye, Stryn, Olden, Briskdale glacier etc. We have visited many European and other countries earlier. But I must say Norway's beauty is incredible and the best of all. Its landscape is truly fairy tale type. Thanks for the video. I had planned for our trip after seeing your videos on Norway. We had started from Oslo and taken route 7 t reach to Voss via Gol, Geilo, Hardangerfjord. After few days stay in Voss, we had gone to Bolestrand via Gudvangen- Kaupenger ferry. From there we had gone to Hellesylt via Utvik, Skei, Stryn, Olden, Hellesylt. After spending few days there, we drove to Isfjodgen via Strandra, Trollstigen, and Andalsnes and then drove back to Oslo via Dombas and Lillehammer. I must say the trip was the best of all we have done so far.

It's the most beautiful country and so much lovely ambience it has with its colour, nature, sky and water!

As a young Merchant Navy officer in the 60's/70s, visited Norway many times. This brought back great memories of fantastic scenery. Most visited place was Narvik (loading iron ore), but also Mo-I-Rana and Kirkenes. On voyages to Murmansk , outside Lofotens in summer, but inside passage (Harstad to Honningsvaag) in Winter months - awesome Winter scenery. Worldwide travel. but Norway comes out tops every time! Would love to revisit, but awfully expensive!

Paul, This is my favorite video. I have so been anxious to travel to Norge. My last visit was in 1976. Since then I have contacted relatives, locating ancestral contacts, especially those south of Kolbu, on Store Setne, the home of my ancestors from 1600-1960. The Setne family evidently sold at that time. I am working on the reason. At any rate, thank you once again for your efforts on my ancestral home. I will be going asap. Hopefully, my Norwegian cousins will make it through well to the other side of Covid.
