This video will be total renovation cost breakdown of my HDB BTO 2 Room Flexi renovation.
Kindly note that this was 5 years ago in the year 2018 (before covid time).
Nevertheless, I hope this video will provide some form of transparency for those of you who are embarking on their renovation journey. You might find valuable tips and tricks that can potentially save you money.

Paint can always be repainted but not those built in cabinets. No worries!

Hi congratulations on your new home. Look good overall. Your living room mood can be changed for the better if maybe you could consider using a different curtain color than blue? A color that will compliment with the yellow wall. May I find out did you opt for any ocs renovation package from the HDB? If yes, are you happy with the options you opt for? Is your HBD built using the new PPVC construction method? Sorry I m really curious. Thank Ü for taking the time to read this. 😊🍀

During my time, there is no such thing as OCS renovation package.

If you choose the ocs package provided by hdb, then yes, everything is done for you. Else, you have to find reno company to do.
