It is easy, buy business which are growing at this pace, keep tracking them and sell when their management tells that they can't grow at such high pace, then again find new companies which are growing at this pace and keep tracking them.

Great! I have it just to be safe from market volatility. 20% of my portfolio is HDFC and Kotak combine. Can you please analyse holding companies? While doing that kindly include EID perry and Bajaj Holding. Both are from big conglomerate and can give some stability with steady growth and less volatility.
