wow! The BEST presentation of them all. I flew with Amy when she started the McCall Mountain flying school years ago .... her knowledge and expertise has saved lives. Thanks for sharing.

so one needs a Navi ...available for some few hundred bucks, and sees on a quite primitive small screen the topigraphy underneath, no matter if it,s dark or cooudy🤔off course, if that fails then as DeXuperie said in " night flight" : we are dead! 🤣

so what you try to explain in a very elsborate manner is: when you don.t know what,s underneath a layer of clouds, why would any reasonable oerosn risk to crash there🤷♀️in short...do so kany dive into clouds not getting that they hardly if ever can calculate ir assume the leeway they have ? you are right, but who is so stuoid and dlys blindly into a layer of clouds in unknown terraine?
