I am a structural Engineer so I could raise some apprehension about this material. * Does it is a highly flammable material? * Does it deform due to external and internal temperature differences inside winter heating. *If it chisels parallel along fibers does it peel off in layers. * does it is made of recycled materials * Does it resist acids and chlorides. * Does its internal ribs have enough inertia to resist its buckling and bulking. * Any provision for fan light * The screws for the door frame will not withstand unless good quality with enough crosssection screw brass studs shall be thermally fixed in the frames. * what about UV resistance exposed under direct sunlight. *What arrangement for the fixation of a mortice lock, tower bolt, and sliding bolts. *Can these door frames compete with WPC frames in durability. *does it need sandblasting for paint application. * Does it complies ASTM D3261 standards

Just check the answer to my queries as under. * Does it is a highly flammable material? Ans. YES, All PVC materials catch fire even a kid knows. * Does it deform due to external and internal temperature differences inside winter heating. Ans. YES, deformation occurs due to temperature difference *If it chisels parallel along fibers does it peel off in layers. Ans. YES, bad-quality material loses its plasticity. * does it, is made of recycled materials. Ans. YES dark colored PVC is always made of recycled materials. * Does it resist acids and chlorides. Ans. No. If you put a drop of fuming acid, it will dissolve the material. * Does its internal ribs have enough inertia to resist its buckling and bulking. Ans. NO definitely. * Any provision for fan light. No fan light provision * The screws for the door frame will not withstand unless good quality with enough crosssection screw brass studs shall be thermally fixed in the frames. Ans. Yes, if you do not provide screw stubs for the hinges will be out due to the door frame lever arm action * what about UV resistance exposed under direct sunlight. Ans. Keep Pvc under sunlight for a month and put your foot load on it then see how it crumbles. *What arrangement for the fixation of a mortice lock, tower bolt, and sliding bolts. Ans. no details are shown in the video. *Can these door frames compete with WPC frames in durability. Ans. no, they are very weak *does it need sandblasting for paint application. Ans. yes, otherwise the paint will peel off. * Does it complies ASTM D3261 standards. Ans . NO, American standards will reject this in the first place. Instead of saying no to all answers, you would have to consult some good persons with ample scientific knowledge. People like you in Pakistan make people foolish and sell junk at high prices.

@@naseeminteriorkorner HDPE and PVC are both plastic materials commonly used to manufacture pipes. While the two materials share similarities. HDPE is only suitable for water supply pipes. HDPE never resists UV from sunlight and acid attacks. Did you have any test reports of your so-called fake HDPE material conforming to ASTM standards?. HPDE door frames never work instead in the whole world WPC is used
