The temperature should be ideally around 210°c. The heating time, pressure, cooling and bead thickness is as per dvs 2207-1 and is7634. Call me on 9820949802 direct for more info

This is not standard procedure and machine has no pressure measurement. Total non standard.

No pressure gauge, at low price , however, all other parameters are controlled. End result also matches standard. So it works !

@@Polymold there is no standard machine without pressure measurement device. It's only a jugaad. for more information read DVS2207-1 & make something standard based machine not this type shit.

sure i agree, but you can always measure the bead thickness. ultimately pressure determines bead thickness and if that is within the standard, the joint is good !!!
