Steel roofs are the way to go. Last a lot longer than asphalt shingles, and much tougher. Plus, they have come a long way and look amazing. Well done for doing this for this fellow.

I’ve been trying for years to get my city to approve me for a loan to get my roof done as well as to fix the entire outside of my house, unfortunately for them I don’t qualify as a single woman already in my late 50’s I make too much money as an accounts payable clerk. I’m so glad other people have the opportunity to have their house fixed and for free. God bless this people.

They are angels helping the man! 💖🥰💖 But "professional" does include safety measures, too, though. No safety ropes to prevent falling off the roof. 😬 Insurance would prob not cover falling when not using safety gear. 😖 😢

Contractor here. Steel isn't the answer in allot of cases. The roof in this video in the upper Midwest, they don't perform any better than a standard asphalt shingle. And don't be a sucker, metal roofs leak, more often than not.
