Umm God’s Menu is where I noticed his visuals. And due to him I fell into Stray Kids. Then when he did Play with Fire he became my Ultimate Wrecker. ❤️ He was my bias but that dance cover changed everything. 😊

Hyunjin is Art. So good. If you’ve not seen it he has dance covers of Billie Elish “the party’s over” and Sam Tinnez “Play with Fire”. Very different styles of dance. To show his range in dance. He’s actually a rapper, part of the rap line. But also a vocalist. His main role in the beginning was visual. But he wanted to be recognized for his talent, not how he looks. He was originally not good at dancing and was scolded and cried a lot. (His words) But started working really hard to improve. Red lights is actually about his and Chan’s obsession with performance and perfection in. The original Korean title is compulsion or obsession if translated directly into English. Puts a different spin on the dance itself knowing that. Oh, and Hyunjin is also a wonderful painter and artist as well as a great photographer. He paints to unwind and his pictures are excellent. As I said, Hyunjin is Art. ❤️🙏😇

I'm really excited to see you react in the future to his covers for "when the party is over" and "playing with fire", he choreographed both dances by himself and they're just stunning ! I would actually recommend you to dive into their skz players / skz records which are all solo/unit projects (dances, songs, covers etc) and they will really show you a lot if new sides to the members !

so accurate! he is better known as a beast while performing, he totally turns into someone else, i admire him so much cuz’ he never stays in his comfort zone and always tries new things in his dance, he’s so hardworking and passionate tho istg, hopefully you can react to his own choreographies made 100% by him, "play with fire" and "when the party is over" and as an extra his best known “psycho” fancam! :D

Hyunjin was street casted so he really didn’t have any background of anything. He worked incredibly hard to gain all of the skill he has today and it’s incredible admirable. Hyunjin has always been determined to work hard because he was told that his looks would get him to debut. Which is bs because he had to be able to know the basics of singing,dancing, rapping and pass monthly evaluations to even just stay in the company.

Well, that's Hyunjin, everybody's bias even not being your bias lol He has two more solo dance covers, When the party is over, that is actually my fav because the emotion that holds, and Play with fire. Play with fire was the first performance he did when he came back after his hiatus, and I think was a statement: he came back stronger, sexier and knowing it hahaha. I definitely sense a difference in before-hiatus and after-hiatus Hyunjin, and somehow he pushed that change into Stray Kids. They have suddently grown up. Hyunjin was truely a kid when they debuted, lacking confidence, and his artistic growth it's been amazing. And yes, he was casted on the street, couldn't really dance, or rap, but he was suposed to be "just the visual" and was told his pretty face was enough. That upset him a lot and worked so hard to prove he could be good. Now he's stunning. The tatoos are fake btw lol

Hyunjin was picked up by JYP for his looks HOWEVER he worked VERY hard so that people could not say that he is only in the group/ only got by with his looks. He didn't want to be known as the one who is only there because he's handsome and he definitely succeeded. He is an insanely hard worker and is incredibly talented. Hyunjin is one of my fav dancers and I even put him in my ultimate dance group that i have put together in my mind lol. Hyunjin's singing is also beautiful and I like his raps as well. The tattoos in the video are not real. His facial expressions are literally THE best and he makes me mad because I did NOT want to find someone so much younger than me THAT attractive but here we are...... Yetti: Even my clothes are undressing I'm dead lmfao Also, Taemin's 'Criminal' is NOT about being addicted to dance, it is about Stockholm Syndrome. Hyunjin's crriminal had more powerful and sharp movements vs Taemin's more fluid and graceful ones. He did well, his body control is very good.

My ultimate dance group might be missing some people as I still don't know a lot of groups but so far we have: Taemin (SHINee) Jimin (BTS) Kai (EXO) Ten (NCT) Lee Know (Stray Kids) Hyunjin (Stray Kids) San (Ateez) Taeyang (SF9) Haechan (NCT) J-Hope (BTS) Yeonjun (TXT) Eunhyuk (Super Junior) Shownu (Monsta X) These are all just people who's dancing stood out to me within their groups.

He has another dance cover that he personally choreograph.. Play with Fire. That is Art..that's my fav out of all his dances. It might seem that there's no way Hyunjin couldn't initially dance but with the amount of hard work he had been exerting over the years.. I say nothing is impossible anymore. He's so hard working because he doesn't want to be just known as someone with just a pretty face. From what I observed on him, when he's set to do something, he really give his all & eventually he will excel on it.. Really outstanding dedication. Also with the whole group, I love how they individually pursue to get better so they influence each other to keep on growing as well. Really passionate & on top of being highly talented. I'm older but they even inspires me with that kind of attitude. I stan them coz seeing how hard working they are, they makes me want to be a better version of myself as well. Hyunjin's latest hobby is painting. Last year he started making beaded bracelets, and he already has shown his talent in colors, but this year, he has started with drawing and painting, and you'll be amazed if you'll see his art work improvements. Once Hyunjin's into something, he really nails it like nobody else. So no wonder he's an amazing dancer now. Anyway, the next song I'll recommend is "Scars", their latest Japanese release, and "Hellevator" their pre-debut song. These two songs has similar vibes, very emotional inspiring songs.

You should definitely watch more about Hyunjin! He's a very hardworking and inspiring guy. Also very (very) dramatic and funny. Two things about him that completely shocked me when I was getting into Stray Kids were: 1) The fact that he had no prior talent/experience before starting his training to be an idol. He didn't know how to dance, sing, nor rap and learned everything from scratch. He talked about it in one of Stray Kids' Two Kids' Room videos. 2) Hyunjin and Han/Jisung used to be in bad terms and fight a lot. They definitely don't look like it, as they are very close friends now. He also talked about this in Two Kids' Room! I'm so glad you decided to check his performances out!

If you want to watch other dance videos by Hyunjin there's his dance covers of "when the party is over" and "play with fire", he choreographed those himself and are different from this style. He chose this exactly because he had never showed something like this before. Hyunjin is the main dancer, lead rapper and sub-vocalist. Well actually in skz there aren't main and lead positions anymore but still that's what he is. He raps more than singing however lately he has been singing more than before, he improved. He can also write and compose, his solo song is "Little Star", you can find the video on Stray Kids KZfaq channel. There he sings! So he was street casted for his beauty and he had never danced, rapped nor sang before. Other trainees told him he could debut even only using his looks and, not liking that, he worked really hard on his skills, especially in dancing. At first he was scolded a lot because he wasn't a good dancer, that even led him to hate dancing, however the more he danced the more he fell in love with it. Now he's a wonderful dancer and performer!

Hyunjin really went from 0 to further passing thru 100 in terms of dance. in his behind AOTM, his persistent training and developing mindset from hating to loving dance are just ❤️. Makes it very stupid for anyone to attack him for being merely handsome, which basically was his first motivation to shush his haters. And now he just loves dancing that his movement reaches even the tip of his fingers.

I think i stopped breathing for 2 minutes when i watched it for the first time 😂 i rewatched it countless times since then and every time i'm stunned by his beauty and his passion 😊 the fact that he choreographed it himself is Just insane and the theme fits him perfectly

That's my comment! 😱 I was soooo shocked when I saw this! And so happy that you read it and decided to know him better 😭 Yes, he really had no prior skills, all he can now he'd learned when he became a trainee. He has that kind of mindset that when he focus on something he will work very hard to master it, he will be even sleep less to learn more and to practice more. He started to draw just a half year ago and he exceed in this field so much he'd drew more than 50 pictures in any kind of art style, from scetches, through acrylic, watercolor and even gauche. The same with his singing, raping, writing and composing songs - lately he started to write and compose songs just as 3racha and he already made few of them. He also creates his own choreography and his "Play with fire" cover he choreographed by himself is something you certainly NEED to watch! I swear you'll die even more than with the"Motley Crew". He also did a contemporary dance cover of "When the party's over" also choreographed by him - emotional and beautiful piece of art. And all of this being 21 years old. I'm scared what he can achieve in the future. He is not just a dancer or performer. He is an art himself.

Not just in STAYs not just in non fans in general Hyunjin is most famous dancer he has cover of Mmmh kai too , when it comes to dance I'm fan kai and teamin and most of people same as me think hyunjin reminds us of kai and teamin style dance, his facial expressions his emotions he has feminine teamin style and masculine style of kai and also hyunjin is so sexy for real and he's tall 180cm probably now,he's so talented I'm kpoper fore more than 7 years and lover of dance and hyunjin is the only 4th boy that absorbs my eyes in dance

You should definitely check out his cover for Playing With Fire. It’s my favorite dance cover that he’s done for so many reasons. He choreographed it himself and it was his first video he posted when he came back from hiatus. It’s just so impactful for me because I could feel his emotions through that performance. Especially since dancing his one of his passions and he wasn’t allowed to dance for a few months, which probably felt like a lifetime for him. Me talking about it doesn’t even do it any sort of justice. I’d love to see your reaction to it. I’ve loved all your reactions to Stray Kids and even other groups you’ve done ❤️

Might I suggest ‘00s Psycho Cover’, his Billie Eilish ‘When The Party’s Over’ and his ‘Play With Fire’. Psycho shows his amazing vocals, and Play With Fire was one of the first things he did when he came back to the group.

I felt all of your reactions to my soul. All his dancing and looks are too much for me. As another commenter mentioned.... I did not want to be this attracted to someone a decade younger than me. It's not fair *sob sob* I watched the Choreo-Record video on this, and you may have by this point as well, but he picked mafia as the theme for this, hence all the guns and people falling down, etc etc. I love Taemin too! That's actually how I came across Hyunjin's Artist of the Month video in the first place. I got the bug to watch all of Taemin's songs on repeat, and I think YT was begging me to watch something new lol

when Stray kids formed the youngest I.N was 17 which is old for a maknae in most K-pop bands so they were never really kids to begin with :)

Firstly let me say I LOVE your reactions and have started binge watching your content because of Stray Kids and how you discovered them. I can totally relate! Also I’m not sure if anyone has suggested it but go check out the making of his experience for Artist of the Month. The work and dedication he put into this performance is just wow. Actually same goes for ATEEZ San. Its well known that at the very begining he couldn't dance well, but look at him now! Him and Hyunjin are just such a hardworking persons, that you make a question: how aren't they the main dancers of their groups?! P.S i suggert you to watch Hyunjin's Play With Fire perf. He made the choreo for that song himself!

Hyunjin is the main dancer of SKZ. He is in Danceracha, with Lee Know and Felix. He debuted as a lead rapper and main dancer.
