He Builds a 450-m2 Engergy-saving House in the Old City of Suzhou, Using No A/C Even above 40℃

11 ай бұрынSun Yuan, an interior designer, spent 8 years and 6 million building a home in the old city of Suzhou and named it Qi Yuan. The house has a traditional look, with Chinese-style natural views inside the house. It covers an area of around 350 m2, with a 100-m2 garden. Surprisingly, there's no A/C in the house, but the temperarture and humidity indoors are stable all year around.
室內設計師孫元亮花8年，在蘇州古城中造了一個家，粉牆黛瓦，將中國山水濃縮在了自己的院子裡，命名為「䒻園」。房屋占地350平，花園100平，整個造園大約花了600萬。令人想不到的是，䒻園的房屋裡沒有安裝空調設備，「它一年四季恆溫恆濕，在高濕、高熱的夏天，也能保持室內的涼快、乾爽。」

這種才是我心目中的豪宅 有花園 有園藝 有花草樹木 有水的元素 那種高層豪宅一點吸引力都沒有

高层跟这个比起来可就不能算豪宅了。人家造价就600万，这种中心位置的一块350平方的地皮，基本上算是天价地皮了，基本上你想买都买不到。根本不会有人把地皮放出来。

现在窗口开这么因为其它古美的旧房子没建起来。 以后建起来了 啥风景都变成邻居家的墙 或者窗口对窗口。希望现在的美景可以一直保持这样就好了

屋里穿鞋子？应该是干净的吧，穿室内拖鞋真实些。院子被木栅栏分割，破坏了整体美，木栅栏也不搭。画框式的窗框很美。
