Why so many multicolored floor, and looking at how big the living area is, the windows should have been bigger....it would have added more beauty. Kitchen has no work top or fittings great work but not complete 😅😅

You failed to mention the location of the house. It depends on where you’re building the property, the price or amount spent on it can differ so don’t just fool people.

I love that the African houses are large, but WHY must they all have bars on the windows? Won’t a security system and/or a dog suffice. Africans are NOT criminals. If the bars are absolutely necessary, let the bars be contractible into the wall when the owner is home.

Nice building but badly built.. Too much silly mistakes in this building. Forget about painter painting everything. The blue print of the house makes no sense, living room access to master bedroom. Bathrooms are just a big Joke. New building enough space but still they mess up big time. 1. 4:20 4:29 Living room Burglary bar. look so bad 2. 7:03 a sink in the corridor 3. 7:52 This bathroom is also guest toilet? Madness. The toilet is blocking the path to shower. Madness 4. 8:50 You are about to enter the bathroom. The placement of things is just Amazing crazy. Look where they have place the toilet this isn't normal. Who does this?
