My brother had the same problem when little, he couldn’t pronounce the L, we later found out he needed a procedure done (a little part under the tongue has to be cut) cause his tongue couldn’t reach the palate😅 he pronounced the L as Y. I think Scottie should get checked, no offense at all🥺🥺just worrying
