There's a manga where, 15 -16years before the series started a teenage girl and her mother got pregnant at the same time. The series starts, and the mother's daughter starts high school with her nephew, who is roughly the same age. She still sees him as a cute toddler. Not long after, the original mother shows up and reveals that she (now around 60), has given birth to a baby boy (who like his high school aged older sister) sees the protagonist as a cute baby/toddler. The series was called something along the lines of "Red Hot Aunt".
