Being in the presence of God is light, life, joy, but hell is the opposite. The intensity of not being present in all of those wonderful things and much more is an intensity that its nearly impossible we on earth, especially we believers, cannot remotely fathom. There was a man who was interviewed who was in a plane crash who went to hell. He came back and gave his heart to the lord. The man is horribly disfigured. He said, it's a place where there is no life whatsoever, and you know that you come to a complete dead end, and there is no turning back, its completely over. He also said its so pitch black, that there is nothing he could describe for human beings to mentally grasp. He said its total horrifying and beyond devastating. Another person who was on his way to hell he said its a void, and you are so removed from God and again, pitch black. He too said it was incredibly horrifying. I think burring is the equivalent of the pain being removed from God, which is life. We on earth can't comprehend that becuase just dwelling on earth, we have life all around us, the reflection of Gods beauty, light, and creation is present on earth. Fowers, animals, the bright sun, the feeling of warmth from the sun on you, even the moon has light in the evening hours, and it goes on and on. The accessibility to have the freedom to choose to be spiritually transformed by just accepting the gift of salvation through Jesus coming into their heart, and they once dwelled on earth, which the accessibility to call out to God all around them at any time, any place on earth but now it's a luxury, and total impossibility.
