Kompany is a great man manager. it's why even though Burnley werent getting the results, all his players still listened to him until the end of the season. Bayern will be a real test of Kompanys tactics because he now has the players that are at the level that would allow him to play completely dominating attacking football; something Burnely could do in the Championship but not the premier league.

So by definition, someone is going to end up with the job who would not otherwise deserve it.
