Actual Longhorn fan here. 1. The plays in this video are from the Alamo Bowl in 2022, not the playoffs in 2023. That should be obvious from the fact that it shows that we were 8-4 in the video but I guess not. 2. These drops literally were outliers in his time on the Forty Acres. In his other two seasons (freshman and junior years), he had drop rates of 4.6% and 6.3% according to PFF, respectively, which are both respectable numbers and significantly lower than his sophomore drop rate of 10.6%. In addition, he played the second half of his sophomore year with a broken hand which is when these clips occur and, based on his lower drop rate from when his hand wasn't broken, it's clear that that's what caused the problems in that brief period of time.
