My kids are going to wear multiple colors & wear everything made for kids. I personally feel like being picky about a babies clothes is pointless when they’re outfits don’t even last a day. I feel like that whole “styling” thing makes sense for when they’re about 2 & up.

Just a mom tip for you - I put a sheet down on my couch for my dog too and get dog wipes for wiping his paws after he goes outside and get the wipes to wipe his behind as well it’s more sanitary and really helps keep down germs especially since you have a baby on the way petco has a big variety but Marshall’s Ross TJ Max and Home Goods are cheaper. I was told not to go by month sizes like that. I just had my baby shower Saturday and was organizing all her clothes. I was putting all newborn first and thinking about 9 month outfits and how she wouldn’t be able to wear some things because it’ll be too warm when she’s 9 months but all babies don’t grow the same. You’re baby can be wearing 9 month clothes at 6-7 months. Some babies only fit newborn for a few weeks and go straight into 3-6 months.

I would dress my kid classy only if we are going out but on a chill day at home maybe cartoon outfits

Maybe I would buy a bunch of comfy onesies in child colors for him to wear around house to get dirty with milk and spit up and comfy and dress him stylish and classy when he goes out not to mess up good clothes. You might change your mind when you see how much he messes them. They are only kids for a little while. You can do both, be in child colors rather then just monotone 🐾🐶.

I like the classy look for kids. Kinda like stuff that I would wear or my husband but for babies. But I mean I would only do it when going out of the house or actually going to do something. As for like going to daycare (idk if you have to worry and that but just in case) and like staying at home I wouldn’t even bother dressing them in stuff like that. With the amount of spit up and poop that happens I wouldn’t want mess up nice clothes like that. We keep the kids in onesies just plain ones in the house on days like that cause you never know when you are going to have a blow out. Kids are unpredictable and I wouldn’t want to ruin nice clothes like that especially since they are expensive and they won’t be in them long at all especially within the first couple years.
