Congratulations, he’s one of the lucky ones. Having a brother to signpost and help with things is a bonus. My family and I were in Calgary the whole of August. My husband went full on applying for jobs, we use your video about the rural stream. He had one interview, but unfortunately we had to come back the UK cos our daughter had to resume college. congrats to your bro. does your brother have certifications in his trade? my husband is a auto repair technician with his own shop in our country but from my little research , to get a job in canada in trade you have to have a journeyman certificate which i believe takes 4yrs. can u advise somemore if companies will be willing to hire someone based on their knowledge and experience rather than a physical certificate?

Yes you’d have to be qualified. But it also depends on the employer.
