I wish I could have been able to do something like this when I was his age, not a whole lot of scouting networks or anything here in the US unless you play in a decent high school team or sometimes junior colleges

Of course his parents can afford to pay, but he still has the motivation and drive to get on the plane on his own, and travel to play football in a different country against older players, in order to develop his game. Sure, he has financial advantages, but he still showed commitment and effort to improve, which is commendable for anyone, regardless of their financial background.
