My name is Taylor, and I am blind. I have been watching your videos for at least a year now. I just wanted to let you know that I love your family very very much. Your boys are so cute, end it is obvious that you love them very very much. I also wanted to let you know that as a blind viewer, your videos are very easy for me to follow. You do very well at describing what’s happening throughout your day, and also explaining what is happening around the house. You also do a wonderful job describing the packages that you get on mailbox Mondays. I can’t wait to watch Leon and Theo continue to grow. You are great parents, and you have two beautiful children.

Aww Leon. My daughter just had a sleep study. They let her pickup the stuff and do it at home. She hated the piece up her nose. She said she didn't sleep well so she might be doing hers over. John , you're a great Dad.

Aww Leon. I just had a sleep study done for sleep apnea. It's hard to sleep in a strange room, covered in gunk and wires, and sleep on command. Feel for you both! Blessings to you. 💗

I had plenty of sleep studies my whole life, well since I was 2yrs old. When I was younger I had the sleep studies for having seizures, in high school and my early 20s was for headaches, and last year I had one in found out I had sleep apnea. If you don't know how to get the sticky stuff out, use baby oil. That's what my mom used on me. Hope all goes well for Leon!

They hooked our sweet girl up when she had to have a test done for seizures, she did so good until the very end and then she was like NOPE, I’M OUT! Lol

I know what you are going through Jody, been down that road with my youngest, found out several years ago after a sleep study that she had Sleep Apnea and now has to sleep with a CPap machine. It's better to find out now while Leon is young so it doesn't get worse.

Poor Leon didn't know what all of those wires were on his head and chest feet and stuff in his nose far head shoot I wouldn't have been able to sleep either poor baby❤

Poor Leon. Maybe you guys can practice at home so he can get used to things on him while he sleeps. Maybe get a ten pack of those cheap chip clips from the Dollar Tree and clip them to his hair and socks. Maybe scotch tape a four inch pieces of string to his head, neck and chest area to simulate the wires at the hospital. Put a camera on him in his own bed and you can monitor how long he can go without ripping everything off of himself. Maybe he will get used to having stuff attached to him when sleeping, so he can then have a successful hospital study at a later date.

My grandson had a study for seizures. It was the worst experience ever! I don’t ever want to put him through that again!! He is 3 years old and he has Autism. He was so stressed out, especially when they had to wrap him like a baby. He doesn’t like to be hugged or strapped so you can imagine. He was so stressed and upset that he started bleeding from his nose. I was so upset when I saw the bleeding that I wanted to take it all of and release the wrap. I was in TEARS!! So never again. Leon took it very well considering the circumstances. He’s a trooper! God Bless!

God-bless his girl so I've been through that too and it's not easy I didn't sleep at all when they did mine but they dwant me to take my sleep medicilettuce and so I stayed awake the whole night I. And I never went back and different again because if they can't do it with my medication. Then there was no purpose but I feel Sorry for we aren't going through that you and your wife are awesome parents with him. I am I have several pulse and I went to camp's with kids that couldn't talk. And things like that and they get so frustrated because there's no purification and your wife is so amazing trying to teach him sign language my heart just. Goes out. You are all of your children are amazing

When My nephew had his sleep study (for same reasons as leon) they put some kind of a cap over all the wires, so if he woke up he couldn't pull them off. But they didn't offer this until we had already done the study 4 times 🙄

Some hospitals let you lie in the bed with your little one, the cameras for sleep and eeg studies always made me feel uneasy. Hopefully he slept long and deep enough to get their answers. The doctors learn alot by these tests all those sensors, it's amazing. Leon looked so cute in that big bed. Hope you get a nap dad.

I had two sleep studies done when I was little i just remember the wires on my head and wanting a popsicle when I woke up but ended up with crackers.

They wanted to do a sleep study on me, but when I found out that they wanted to put 90+ monitors of sorts on me and then expected me to be asleep by 11 until 5, I was like you have got to be kidding. I normally don't go to sleep until 1-3 AM and sleep till I want to get up, usually at most 5 hours (assuming I fall asleep), but also up and down a few times to the bathroom, I figured it would be a huge waste of Medicare dollars. I have been a patient enough in hospitals and hotels enough to know in strange beds I don't fall asleep at all or barely. I thought it was funny that they seemed to think that people coming in for sleep studies were going to fall instantly asleep until everyone else had to get up, and the tech I talked to said that they were getting ready to go to work! I don't work. I would think people coming in for sleep studies have problems sleeping and aren't going to be the kind to be out like a light. Leon did exactly like I would have, except I think he slept a lot better than I would have. Crazy thing though, when I saw him stretched out on the bed, and unless it was a shorter pediatric bed, I couldn't get over how tall he was!

Especially for children nets are commonly used for these types of procedures after they get hooked up this mesh net thing goes over it to keep them from pulling off the wires!!! I don’t know what happened to my comment from a couple minutes ago!!!
