I also heavily recommend getting a haircut. your body gets rid of a lot of toxins via your hair and the stuff in your hair can still irritate your scalp a lot even if you improve your diet and everything else. cutting it super short so you can really get your scalp clean and restarting leads to much healthier hair. especially since you have situations where there is a whole bunch of matted hair thats covering your scalp and trapping the shampoo, water, and everything else on your scalp even after you dry your hair.

Swear to GOD.... I try to tell my fellow men about hygiene and they act like I'm telling them to sleep with each other. The best example of this is proper toilet hygiene. You wouldn't reach for dry napkins if you STEPPED in feces. Why reach for dry napkins after using the toilet? In you're just now hearing about this phenomenon and you're in a pinch, grab a water bottle. Otherwise, go buy a cheap plastic watering-can with a normal spout (not the sprinkler one) and keep it next to the commode. Spread your legs, put your LEFT hand "below you", pour water onto your hand and wash away the filth. Make sure your hand is clean, get dressed, wash hands thoroughly. Use your left hand for the restroom and use your right hand for everything else. Eating, opening doors, passing items/paying for things/accepting payment/etc..... Keeps the world clean.

@@robertjebediahfreeman Shit im Mexican so I could give and idea why most people hate on em. Most of the times the smell and the stigma around dreads. I’m from a suburb of Chicago and over here atleast most mfs that got unkept dreads are usually the agressive bully type mfs. And also it’s the unkept dreads that have the most stigma, people that have them styled or atleast in good shape are really looked at the same as any man with long hair. Am I wrong in anything I said? Personally I don’t prefer any men with a man bun or past the shoulder, but the neck l length dreads are pretty fire looking.
