Dr Tyler said in one of his videos (as clearly as I can remember) that he likes to move things along quickly and not do small adjustments over a long period of time. In college after a minor car accident, I saw a chiropractor who did just that - small adjustments. I went for several weeks until I saw appointment sheets for two of this other patients and knew he was just milking it. I love that Dr. Tyler "goes in for the kill". No messing around - and just gets the job done! That's he's easy on the eyes is a bonus!

I would love to be able to sleep on my stomach, but I cannot do it much anymore with my herniated discs in my neck. If I take a muscle relaxer, I could sleep on my stomach for a few hours.
