@@lilfishbigsea007Treason is defined by US Constitution as "aiding or comforting" a domestic or foreign enemy. So many of us US citizens regard Jan 6th as an Insurrection, planners who plotted the "Stop the Steel" campaign as Sedition. Any US citizen, in my opinion and opinions like my own, regard Donald John Trump as a National Security Threat and Criminal - both on separate cases and issues. How anyone can defend him, I view that as Treason pure and simple like US Constitution is written for and by ancestors of We the People.

Because Trump never pays for anything. He's ditched campaign stops and left the tax payers the bills. Trump doesn't pay anything personally. Which is why he uses illegal means (using business monies) to hide his acts.

Anything is possible. Heard someone say that if convicted he could be taken to jail right then and there BUT most white collar criminals are let go to get their affairs in order, then come back for sentencing. Knowing donald like we do he’ll appeal and it’s up to the judge if he can stay out of jail pending the appeal.
